Before work begins, HEIZICHT reviews the available foundation design, site conditions, execution requirements and relevant technical documentation. Potential risks and critical points are identified in advance, providing a clear basis for independent inspection during execution.

Preparation & Technical Inspection:

• Final depth and achieved pile level

During bored and screw pile installation, HEIZICHT independently inspects and records key execution parameters, including:

• Pile position, identification and drilling alignment
• Drilling depth and achieved pile level
• Critical drilling and installation parameters
• Grout or concrete consumption for each pile
• Injection pressure and continuity during installation
• Interruptions, irregularities and anomalies during the drilling process
• Reinforcement installation, where applicable
• Deviations from the foundation design and CPT data
• Relevant installation data for each individual pile
• Verification of drilling records and execution documentation
• Identification and reporting of technical irregularities during execution
• Complete documentation of inspection findings and installation data

All relevant findings and deviations are documented to provide a clear and traceable record of the foundation works.
